I would like to think that my wife doesnt moan about me but I agree with alot of woman moaning about their hubbys as alot of men expect their wifes to cook, clean, look after the kids and their husbands 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and thats not right! I am not perfect but no one is however I help my wife with the kids and the cooking and cleaning and yes she is a very caring and loving wife but I dont expect her to run around after me, if I did I would be ashamed of myslef and she would kick me out the door.

How do you get rid of your frustration, exhaustion etc - using a confidential outlet like this is far healthier than having constant arguments.

I love my husband, and as you say neither of us is perfect, but I think it is far better to have a private cathartic rant here, than to present him with a list of his shortcommings in a fit of frustration or pique.

You never know I could pick up a hint or two on how I can change my behaviour to help him change his for the better!

I think your point is very shortsighted in this case......

I'd never slag my partner off...he's the best and kindest person i've ever met..it took so long and it was really hard to find him! I know a lot of women moan about men...but there are some really decent guys out there....if they don't like their husbands they should go and do something about it!

Well, it's called venting. And men do it too. Generally they go to bars to do it :) They have their place to vent and we have ours. It's soooooooooooooooooooooo much better than blowing up at each other. Also it's good way to find out if you are overreacting (specially while pregnant, our hormones can tend to get the best of us lol) or if others feel the way we do about something. Who exactly does this interaction hurt? Surely not you ?

Complaining that some husbands are like helpless children is not being disrespectful. It called being frustrated. It's not a wifes job to pick up after a man.

My boyfriend complains to others about me. Of course everyone is not perfect. If you had no complaints at all then you are not in a normal relationship. I don't think it is really disrepect. More like needing advice from others.

Most men do complain about there wifes.....bitchyness periods spending money. Most of the time is just a joke between the sexes anyway. Not everyone does it and sometimes its just to get stuff of your chest, you cant spend everyday with someone without getting angry at least once.

I think that the dynamics of ones relationship changes when you have a child and that transition phase can be so frustrating sometimes. Voicing this frustration is not disrespect in my opinion.

Many men complain about their wives. I've seen it on here and I know they talk to their friends about it! Men are just the same as women in this respect.
