It could arrive early! Slightest little upset can change the cycle.

Gee, do you think you could vague that up a bit more for me? You post this in the pregnancy area so I'm assuming you would have to mean your baby is due the 18th. Because if you were just having time of the month issues I would think you post this under the health section subcatagory women's health.... because we (well most of us) as pregnant women do not have periods, why would you think we would know more about periods than other women?

number one - if you are pregnant and your due on the 18th of the month, this could be braxton hicks.....small contractions that prepare you for the labour, every person gets them sooner or later in the last trimester. If you are pregnant beware you will know when labour has started!!!
Number 2 - if you are NOT pregnant could just be that you have a tummy bug coming on or your periods starting earlier than normal. its perfectly normal to get periods sooner or later every month......might not come on the exact same date each month!!!
Dont worry about it if your pregnant congrats and if not then you have nothing to worry about.

If you are pregnant that could either be braxton hicks contractions or actual contractions. If the get unbearable go to the ER, or contact your doctor.
