okay when u go to the Comast homepage thing, it tells u to log in if u have high speed internet. so i put in the username and the password and its not letting me log in. so i think "maybe i changed the password and just forgot" so i go and change the password and i STILL CANT LOG IN. please someone help me figure this out

The site is working fine for me and my software reports no communication problems.
I would email the companies customer service / support team for help. There is very little we can do to gain your Log In ID and Password.

My advise though would be to clear your cookies from Internet Properties and try again.

Hmm I see you lost your phone book , missed the 100 Comcast ads daily and paid no attention to the call 1-800-comcast statement all over your Comcast Bill. Well call 1-8---comcast and select internet as the service you wanted to talk about. When a live operator comes onto the phone explain your problem to her or him. When the operator finishes laughing and helps you to resolve your problem say " thanks and hang up".

Why wouldnt you call Comcast for this? 1800-COMCAST

Seems strange to ask Yahoo users for something that Comcast can answer in one phone call.
