I think I'm physically fit and she too except of her being anemic, does it matter?

Hmm, I am in a similar situation, fertility usually depends on the women and how she will conceive. My boyfriend is around your age and I am 20, it took us a few months to get pregnant, she should try taking prenatal vitamins, talk to her doctor about some other ways to help the process along. She needs to get in good health, maybe you do get her pregnant, but she may have early miscarriages due to anemic, baby that is not healthy doesn't survive. Anemic does affect birth

Maybe sperm count is too low? If no then It'll happen when its supposed to.....me and my hubby been tryin for a while and im finally preg. and hes 22 and im 23! Be patient and have fun tryin!!!
