Well I have some friends who wear them under their pants to keep warm in the cold winter weather, but other than that nothing is wrong with it...

Men wearing pantyhose and tights is starting to become more mainstream, I am a crossdresser so I wear them to wear them, but I also wwear them under my clothes to work, for the added warmth, I have taken to wearing leggings, because the tights and pantyhose were starting to bind up my toes, and my feet would sweat really bad, which is bad in the sub zero temps that I have to work in. That haveing been said, I saw the article on Yahoo too, and the way that dude looked, I sincerly hope that does not catch on, under shorts or something would be much better. I am just not into showing off my crotch in tight clothes.

Define leggings.

Are you talking about long underwear? In cold climates, men wear long, sort-of snug wool or polyester underpants. They're a necessity at -40C (-40F), not a fetish.

Jogging tights? For people who run, they never went out of style. Unless you have never run in your life you know that fleece is terrible and sweaty, and nylon or polyester built up a static charge; do _you_ want your crotch to get zapped?

The "Underarmor" style of tights worn by athletes? The type NBA players wore until they were banned, and NFL players wear them under their pants now?

Or are they pantyhose for men? If they are, I would find them slightly silly. In decades past men wore sock garters with *regular* socks (mini garter belts that go around the leg below the knee), but since spandex was incorporated into making socks, nobody wears them except for stuffy old fogeys in three piece suits.

I don't see it being a trend for men. I can maybe see some gay guys wear them though.
