Yes,of course he got paid. The half time show has become a very big commercial deal for the NFL, the TV broadcasters, and the stadium organizers..so they pay out big bucks to attract a big name star, because they know it increases the viewing figures at a point where people would ususally be going to the bathroom, or in the kitchen making more snacks, or just taking a break from the TV.

Dont know exactly how much he got paid, but I'll bet it was a LOT!

I'm sure he did, but the entertainment group that hired him should be fined, that was an ugly show has to be one of the worst, I think the people that paid to go to the game should be very angry, all that money they paid and they got the worst show ever for a supper Bowl, Janet Jackson was better than him or her or what ever it is

Of course he got paid, yes. Doesn't matter what the amount was, he earned it!! He put on an excellent show and didn't let the rain rattle him one bit! Very professional. Then again, I'm a fan of Prince!

no he paid the NFL, he gets a lot of attention so he has to pay them
