there a frend of mine.she is fat but not ugly and very beautiful.but no1 likes or has even proposed her.she keeps asking me why dont i have a boyfriend if all my frends say i am beautiful.please some 1 tell wat answer should i give her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're certainly a loyal true friend reaching out and caring about someone whose hurting! That's an admirable quality and hard to come by, in this day and age! (hug)
Unfortunately, society judges ppl based on appearance and/or status. Males, first impression/judgment will be based on the visual. (Do they like what they see on the outside). They're certainly overlooking her inner & outer beauty & focusing on what's irrelevant. She deserves to be respected & cherished for "who" she is and not for what she "looks" like (if they snooze, they lose!).
Sadly, unless you can change the nature of a male, most will continue to "walk-on-by." Her weight may be an indication of a poor self-esteem (or does she have medical problems). I would seek out a counselor, books, etc., who can advise you on how to help her rebuild a healthy self-image ~or~ recommend she see a counselor to discuss the boyfriend issue & go with her as a supporter (you're her biggest). Once she understands herself and overcomes the mental/emotional obstacles/issues in her mind/life, she'll transform into a confident, secure young woman, who'll learn how to rise above unhappy/negative circumstances in her life; content with herself & proud of her accomplishments, with or without a boyfriend!
Although, I'll bet she'll get the guys attention, now!

You tell her that yes, she is beautiful but that she needs to work on her physical appearance a bit.
Just gently ask her if she wants to start a diet & excersize program with you.
Personally I think even if your overweight there are still men out there who can see on the inside & choose a woman on those attributes .
