Definitely much harder in the past 6 years financially and other ways as well. My wife has been unable to work for the past 51/2 yrs and this summer I had to go on disability so it has been very hard on us. Thank God for our families who have helped us through. I am also very thankful that I have a life partner to face things with.

i would say its been harder in the last six years i've gone threw college.. gotten my first job out of school.. a few since then.. moving.. finding appartments..

up untill then i didn't have any fincial concerns really as i lived at home with my parents and didnt' have to pay for a thing..

so yes its been harder the last 6 yrs :0

Easier, but it may have more to do with my career path than the national economy.
