I would dare to say that Learning is enhanced with the experience and an experience that as you say causes a "Mistake" is one that leaves a lasting impression and psychological reference point for our gray matter to learn from. So as to Learn without making mistakes is a utopia kind of thinking and we should just be willing to learn mistakes or not.

Only when we compare with something , we know there is or there was a mistake...
Learning happens only as much as the situation, and our level of perception and awareness permits..
We can attempt to keep our perception very keen and awareness sharp and alert at all times, as much as possible. That way, the learning happens at its best... Whether it is a mistake or it is quite relative.. take the case of latest scientific discoveries that at times disprove or negate earlier theories.. the process goes on, and each time what was learnt earlier is proved to be a mistake... 'So learning without committing mistake' is just to make us more committed to learning...

learn from others mistakes .but the only thing we can truly say are our own is our mistakes .

i do not settle for the theory of "committing blunders." (alongside with different synonyms), "mistake" denotes some thing pronounced, carried out or believed incorrectly or improperly. <
