its about a mermaid that has to find love on land othe wise she has to go back in the water to marry a guy her father picked for her.

It's about a mermaid who makes friends with two normal girls and she needs to prove that true love is real. She meets two normal girls who try to help her do this by intoducing her to a normal guy... It's a really cute film and her nails change colour with her emotions. She also says that if the girls help her, she will grant them one wish. The one normal girl is moving out of town and the two friends are sad and don't want to part so they decide to wish that she does not move. But as the movie carries on, they change their minds and the mermaid discovers that love can be between friends, not just between boys and girls. Worth the watch!

It was about two girls hopelessly in love with the popular boy, and then they found a mermaid. The mermaid liked him, and so they helped her get him to like her. Then her father was calling her back to the ocean, la de blah.
It's basically a teenybopper movie, entertaining for 12 and under. I had to see it with my little sister. xD So, enjoy if you are planning on renting.
