You pronuce it phonetically, like TIKA! Its a short or nickname of something like ATIKA, which means Free-person.

well my gues would be 'Myka' coz we got a hardware DIY Mica and so mica - mika - same difference...

so its 'myka'.. i think.. not knowing how the Lebanese would pronounce it.. u might be shocked and get a totally different answer..
