Ok, my handphone is sent to the service centre once, now Its giving me problem. I am sending it to service centre tmr...Do u think I can request for a change of model but still stick to the brand?
Example: I am using this brand named 'Happy'. And I am using Happy N978. Can I request to change to another phone like Happy X98? ( Name of the brand protected)
Please reply me ASAP. Answers are greatly appreciated

nope. u can't. because u must stick to one model. if u are using Happy N978, u can only change it to a new Happy N978. however if u want to change it, make sure it is a fault from the factory. if u have been using it for a week/month/year (depend on the warranty/guarantee card), u can't change it anymore.

i'd say you gonna have to buy a new one at full price. you should ask the service provider what the options are.
