YES. There are boys born every season who can swim faster than sharks. They are boy FISH and Dolphins.

Yes. As long as the shark is dead. In same way that there will never be a shark born that can run faster than a boy. Unless the boy is dead, and the shark has legs. And a blow-hole. Or something.. Anyway, it's all a bit unlikely.
But that's a good question, it really got me thinking, good stuff.

Someone did not see shark boy and lava girl in 3-D. But no there will never be a man faster then a shark. Unless that boys father and his fathers father and so on lived in water. That's called adaptation which would take 100s of years to work

Incredibly doubtful, but does the boy have webbed feet? Maybe a streamlined head? Otherwise, no.
