As for question 4, start by working out the N and E components of the vector you're looking for (use a bit of trigonometry).

Buddy, you had all weekend to work on that. But you chose to be a slacker. Now, hours before you have to hand it in you are asking for the answer. I don't think so. I don't think anyone else should give you the answer. This is a good lesson for you. Next time something is assigned....do it then. Don't wait until the last minute.
