You have not said as to where are you from. If you would like to get substantial relief through meditation, then you can reduce your intake of avil tablets by a third in just two to three months.

First, why in the world would you want to take these medications? Ibroprufen damages your liver and that is one organ you don't want to screw up. The aspirin you buy in stores is not natural willow bark; it is a synthetic version. Both of these are generating large amounts of "free radicals" in the body that will shorten your life. If you are listening to the legal drug pushers and drug companies they would love for you to take these every day. I remember the T.V. ads that said smoking was great and it made you look hip. If the FDA really did their job, we would not be pushing these drugs on our people. You need to ask yourself, "is the enjoyment I'm getting from these drugs worth the risk I'm taking." I suggest you fix the problem that is causing you pain. This will give you the best chance of living longer, feeling better, and not getting all the side effects from the drugs. Just because they are sold over the counter does not mean they are good for you. Rememeber, the liver needs to be taken care of, not abused. If your liver is compromised, you will not be able to convert some of your "B" vitamins such as cyanocobalamine into methylcobalamine and this deficiency will create long term degenerative disease. The bile the liver produces will be compromised and you will not digest your fats efficiently and coronary heart disease will be a result. If your legal drug pusher is suggesting these drugs, I suggest you need a new health consultant that is going to put you on the road to health not long term damage.

Better have your LIVER checked - Seriously.
Certain med.s INCLUDING Tylenol, aspirin... cause liver damage.
If it's to sleep try: no caffeine, sleepy tea, milk.
If for aches, maybe: icy/hot, heating pads...
