Ok I believe some people have misunderstood. Im not implying that money makes you happy Im old enough to know that this is not completely true. Money, as a matter of fact, doesnt mean that much to me as I'm not desperate for it, I was just asking about things that do not involve money that you can do (maybe on a daily/weekly basis) and some people who have understood where I'm coming from have answered that.
Thank you.

It's a tough one, you can't really go and explore the world or dine on the best foods and wines can you really? I'm a student and rather strapped for cash, but I read lots of cool books, which is a good start and am constantly on the look out for cheap sneeky ways to go cool places. If you can get a job in a foreign country through a multinational corporation (yuck, I know, but needs must) they sometimes pay for you to go out there. Me and my boyfriend are currently looking into such sneeky ways to get to Japan, otherwise it would be far too dear. There's always a way, you just have to get clever with how you go about things. It's still a major pisser though, I must admit, would be so much easier with some decent money, but oh well, what can you do but try to live the best you can through your own skimpy means!!

Living life "to the fullest" doesn't necessarily involve money. Of course, one would hope to at least have enough to pay the rent and eat.
When we got married, we hardly had any money at all and not much coming in - but we had lots of love. We enjoyed being together.
Really enjoying life involves an appreciation for the small things and the beauty of nature, and hopefully the company of a loved one.
I won't deny it's nice to have "things" and enough money to travel around - at least around the state, but like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, we need to realize that happiness was right in our own back yard all along.

I am a mom of 4, so being financially challanged when it comes to entertaining the family is always a topic. We are fortunate enough to live on the gulf coast of florida. So we go to the beach or fishing alot. Also most museums operate on donations, so there is a good place to spend a cpl hours. Take turns dining w friends and family, If everyone brought one dish that could be a good time and save some cash.

Not sure about living life to the fullest, but read a recent book called "Happiness." The author outlines how we've felt about this through the ages, and describes Epicurean and Stoic philosophy as believing happiness to be the ration of satisfied desire to total desire. In essence, the way to happiness in their view was to work on what you want since it is much more in your control than what you get.

Redetermine who you are and who you want to be, then imitate this life choice. For as the Buddhist saying goes "imitation becomes like," your life is a serious of actions and results determinable by your choices. It is that simple, an equation, your life is no different than mathematics this choice against this action becomes this result or 1+1=2. You will get there philosophise this to it's depth.

You dont have to spend money to live life...just enjoy life and the beauty it brings via friends and family. Enjoy nature, and the little things life brings. I think those of us who are financially constrained live fuller lives because we don't have the money to do what wewant all the time, so we truely enjoy what we DO get to do!

Being happy or being able to live life at its fullest didn't need anything or didn't need to be hindered by anything. Simply because, living life with joy is knowing God and Jesus as our savior. And of course, it one would search deep inside him and find happiness within.

I don't think it's possible to "equate" living life to the fullest with financial constraints, since one has virtually nothing to do with the other.

Its better to be poor than to be rich that lead you to boastful and sinful life....better sacrifice your life praising to God than to reach the material thing or power that will never gonna save you
