The best available now are produced in the Dominican Republic from Cuban seed. In the USA, try Thompson Cigars.

funny, I actually used to work for Thompson Cigar. My husband is Cuban and prefers Cohibas & Partagas Coronas. Both are actually manufactured in the Partagas factory. They are hard to get in the US (very expensive) he hasn't had one since his last trip to Cuba 7 yrs ago... we're going in July and plan to bring at least a few back.
