"Rhythm" and "sygyzy" (an alignment of three celestial bodies) seem to be the longest written words containing no vowels (assuming you don't count "y" as a vowel).

There's some disagreement about this among linguists; some say "y" is a vowel sound and, hence, acts as a vowel, so the longest all-consonant words in the English language would be words like "psst" and "zzzz." But others say those aren't words at all. The link below has more information.

In any language? I'd nominate the "čtvrthrst" (Czech). Words in Hebrew, Arabic, and many other languages are usually spelled without vowels.

In English, it depends on what you consider a vowel, and perhaps also one what you consider a word. "Symphylly" has nine, "symphysy" eight; "rhythms", "gypsyfy", and "nymphly" have seven each. A recurring character in Superman comics was Mr. "Mxyzptlk".

If we disallow Y, then the best we can do is "crwths" with six, unless you allow the Li'l Abner character Joe "Btfsplk".
