Hello I know this is very frustrating and confusing for you... My suggestion is to seek medical attention and help for the stress... A doctor may be able to prescribe you some medication and even possilbe counseling to help you with the stress so you can function better in every day life. Here comes lots of hugs your way and i hope things get better for you soon. Also have them check you for high blood pressure too and have a complete physical done and also get checked for diabetes .

Well, it's hard to expect it not too. I mean stress is a part of life just like anger, love, jealousy, and sympathy. We all react to it differently but this doesn't mean one personality is bad and another is good. The problem you will encounter is if you have a steady supply of stress, and don't know how to eject it from your life. I mean stress is O.K. Just in moderation! Same thing with anger, it's O.K. to be angry, just not all the time. So find out what is stressing you and learn to either deal with it, or separate yourself from it. If it's marriage that stresses you out, then learn to deal with it. If it's family, deal with it. If it's some prick that you can leave in the dust, do just that!!!
