Sometimes I call a friend. I also have a "card drawer" where I save cards and letters from friends. I review all of the letters and cards from people that remind me that I have a connection to people. When I read them, it cheers me up. When the weather isn't too bad, I take a walk with my dog. Getting out of the house is often helpful. If none of that works, I bake a cake or some bread. Good smells in the house often cheer me up. I hope these suggestions help you!

No idea dear.
Just now I am very sad and are able to find a way out.

I eat alot or just keep on let the water runs on my hair in the toilet for a long time or throw my anger towards computer.

Eat lots of candy, and then I get sick...
Sometimes I wish there was a happy pill, like in that movie by the Kids in the hall..."Brain Candy", have you seen it? I love those guys!

i used to cry, then i ran out of tears... then i cut but got told i had to stop, and went through hospitalisation and stuff... now... now i talk to people when i'm sad, or i go for a walk! much healthier!!!
and i pull out my violin, guitar and piano and write some music!!!
