........celebrities and the American media are always asking us to support and feed children in other countries, while there are children right under our noses here in the US that are going hungry every day?
Don't get me wrong....I hate to see children in ANY country suffering...but it just seems that domestic philanthropy has never been high on our priority list.

once upon a time in india there was no rain in a city for quite some time resultantly there was afamine there was a saint who said if every house in the city pours a glass of milk in the well in the center of the city the well will get full and this will make god happy and there will be rain.
one of the family thought that if i pour a glass of water in such abundant milk it wont make a difference.......................................
the next day the well was full of water

so .what i wanna say is dont expect others to behave or act in right manner kake the onus on yourself first set an example before them first change yourself?????????

I think because we are supposed to be the richest country and the places that they visit are so poor that they don't even have proper medicine to treat the sick or food to feed them.

Yes we have a huge problem here also but, we have shelters, food banks, free clinics, etc. Those countries don't.
