Last year, I got him Burberry Brit for him and a nice wallet from Fossil, which he was in desperate need of. Typical gifts, I know...So I'm trying to come up with something more special this year. He loves classic rock...Some favorite bands of his are Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, etc. He also likes the Red Hot Chili Peppers, System Of A Down, etc. This past Christmas, I got him a dart board (he loves darts) and 2 really nice sets of darts, a book he wanted (he loves to read), Led Zeppelin's Greatest Hits, and Pink Floyd's Greatest Hits. He is also very much a gamer (RPG), but it seems like he has every game that he wants that is out currently. His favorite systems are PS2 and PSP, so if anyone has any suggestions for good RPG's, that would be great also!

By the way, he is 20 years old

And he is the type of guy that would appreciate ANYTHING that I got him :)

One idea that I already have in mind that I might like is to make him a CD of all of "our songs" by The Red Hot Chili Peppers (a favorite of both of ours')

DeViOus- Wow, I wouldn't call this "excessive knowledge", I'd call it being together for a year and a half. How could you not know your partner's favorite bands, his hobbies, etc.?

Anyhow, he already has xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, and PS3 is out of my price range right now. And yes, we do plan on going out on Valentine's Day to be "social". I figured that was a given.

Whatever though, thanks for your sarcasm.

what the...you have like a obsessive knowledge of what your boyfriend likes...You seem to know him better than anyone on this website...so I suggest u follow your heart and let that lead to something like a gift u could both enjoy together. Maybe u could get him a gift card at some video game store so he can indulge in some gaming purchases there, or get him an electric guitar? Or maybe he would like a new gaming console system, like a x box 360, or PS3, or if thats not getting your interest maybe u could be sociable and spend an evening out together in town? I dunno.

You can give him all those stuff that the stores could offer but still anyone else could have done that. Even if you would give him a custom made rock collection album by his fave artists, someone else could do it also. One thing is that you could assure him of your undying love and affection by telling him the most loving words that he needs to hear; and that is what the best thing you can give.

only get him some thing he likes. If he likes to verify then a e book, if he likes video clips, then a dvd and a card. Valentines day is rather for females individuals so only get a guy some thing he likes.
