Yes, if you have an ISP that offes that service. Be aware however that weather can cause you to have problems at times. Just as it affects satellite TV reception.

Yes, some ISPs do have the option of Satellite Internet, this is a great alternative for those who cannot get traditionally ADSL or Cable (or equivalent) although there can be some downsides to this service you may wish to consult with your chosen isp about your options and all the pros and cons, but yes it is possible to connect to the internet via a satellite dish
