Please help! How can i remove mould from my window blinds? Thanks.?

I have soaked them in warm soapy water, washing powder, and it still isnt shifting.

There are loads of tricks to use when removing mould, but lots of stain removers and mould removers will do the trick safely on the material. What you have to do is prevent it reoccurring. Moul and mildrew appears when there is a difference in air temp, that is great enough to cause consendation, which will dry, go old and as the process progresses, it turns to mould. Open your windows and allow air to circulate between the blinds and windows. This should reduce the frequency of this reoccurring problem

Depending on what they're made from and what colour they are, you can get mould removers specifically, you get them at the supermarket or pharmacy but some of them will fade your fabric because they can be bleach based, so be wary of that.
A paste of bi-carb soda and lemon juice rubbed in and left in the sun to dry can work quite well, but you may need to repeat a couple of times.

I usually soak my in the bath tub
that was previously ben filled with
warm water and comet.
let them sit for a hour or two
then wipe them down with a soft cloth
then hand them ouside on the wash line
completely rinse them off with the garden
hose,and lety them sun dry.

Years ago, I used to hear that professional cheese makers would use vinegar to remove mold from their cheese. Don't know if vinegar would work or what strength to use.
