Why would you care about any of those if there is none?
With no conscience, you do everything you can get away with. I have a conscience, but I don't know if you do.
The conscience makes you feel remorse afterward and warns ahead of time. But your free will allows you to ignore it.

Conscience tells U wats wrong and right, if U don't follow it troubles U . Isn't it? So it will be alifelong punish ment if U don;t follow Ur conscience.

Every one is having conscience.
The beauty is obeying of the commands of conscience is not convenient or to ones advantage people tend to disobey.
