It is your past that brought you here and made you the person you are today - the person he fancies.

Whatever is in your past, express it in those terms to him. It may be a bitter pill for him to swallow (and it may sound the death knell in your relationship together) but you're honesty in this relationship is the only thing that will keep your guilt/anxiety from spoiling it.

Well then, if you're prepared, tell him, if it's really important to you and if you think it's for the better. But sometimes, some secrets are alright to be kept, if that's what will make you more happy for you new current relationship. Don't know what your past is but.. does it have to do with your sexuality? it's really up to you though.

YOur boyfriend should only know about your past if it directly effects him. For instance if you were in Porno movies long agao where someone might recognize you, or if you were born a different gender than you are now, or if you dated someone with a STD and you havent got checked yet. If not anything that effects him (like your promiscuity) then its nonoe of his business.

I think that if there's a reason that he needs to know or you feel like you want him to know than tell him. Everyone has a past but that's what it is a past.
