Seriously, In India as well as the world, many laws were implemented probitting labor from children below 14 years of age. But, no outcome came and daily we find young, very young children (even around 7 year old children) working to earn a living for themselves and their family. Is ther any suitable way by which we can save the future of these young buds???

What we need to do is make it less economically desirable to use child labor. Countries should impose tariffs on products made in countries that use child and convict labor to make them. If there's less profit to be made doing this than there will be less incentive to continue such practices.

I agree little bit with answer given by Sara. To add to this, this is not a simple issue to go away quickly. It is having a vast cascading impact and linked to a lot of issues in India. Correct and Strict Government -> Tax collections from every one including political leaders, business sector people and every one who is eligible -> provide opportunities of jobs for all -> strict ruling, provisions and implementation of the same in case of children education -> make a strict law and implement to avoid the child labour. Any parent can avoid sending their child to work at that stage if you provide a day spend for them. Government has to take the initiation to provide the job opportunities to the poor. These may not be hi fi jobs. Providing jobs to all poor people is not simple. Government has to have money. The only good way is to collect tax from every eligible person. I can not tell you the statistics but I have seen some where that if you can collect tax from every eligible individual in India The whole country can live like America. Other side, India has very good laws. But they are not strictly implemented. Hence India needs a good and strict government.

yeah there are many laws banning child labor but i guess proper implementation shall do away with at least 80% of such cases .also low literacy rates and unaware population also encourage child labor so such problems should also be looked into.

Don't know. I do know that very young children should be in school and probably aren't due to finances...so eliminating poverty and providing free education is a good step.
