A cheap repair ( the type done by the traveling painters to car dealers would be about $125. If a body shop does the repair figure around $300. If you have the bumper cover replaced and then refinished it will probably be around $750.
Hope this helps.

Might be able to heat it up and remove the dent yourself with a heat gun. Otherwise a relatively cheap repair for a body shop to do this.

Their asking price seems a bit high to me, I'd try to get about $500 to $1000 lower than their asking price.

The warranty they say they give (3 mo, 3k miles) is due to MO state law. The warranty terms should be spelled out clearly on the window sticker, look them over to see what it is. They're generally not a very good warranty with a high percentage that you have to pay (some 50% or more), with work being done at their facility, so don't let them try to say that "with this price, you're getting a warranty" if it's one like this.

thats just in the fairing isn't it? buy another, install and paint. Those fiberglass pieces usually cost about $300 and about $150 to $300 to install and the about $100 to $200 to paint.

Or you could just tap it flat with a hammer and put some body putty on it and touch it up with some paint. You can get a small bottle of paint from a dealer but it may be pricey for the little bottle.

I say under 500 dollars. Make the seller deduct the cost for the repairs from the price.

you could bondo that yourself and then paint it--the car is white, not a pearl, right? Should be pretty easy.
Or get that skirt from the junk yard--it probably would cost you 300$, then paint it...
Or just drive it like it is.
