Favourite evil aliens would be the Brood from Xmen. I love the original series where the Brood queen implants an embryo into the Xmen but Wolverine's healing factor kicks into overdrive and expels it. He is almost forced to kill the other Xmen out of mercy then let them change into brood drones.
Whatever powers the host had are transfered to the Brood drone that takes it over.

Well, I’m going to leave out ones like Starfire and her sister (for obvious reasons) and concentrate on the ones I find ‘interesting’. I like the tall skinny yellow ones that gave Animal Man his powers and helped him after his family were killed.

Mertian Manhunter is a great character with so much potential for interesting story scenarios. Plus hs powers are such an unusual combination.
