Mike Calaway was born in 1962. Probably best known as "The Undertaker" from the WWF. He first came to the WWF in 1990 as Ted DiBiases mystery partner at The Survivor Series. At first he was a heel, but he later turned face, around Wrestlemania VII. He has held the WWF World Title on two seperate occasions, first at the 1992 Survivor Series (dubbed "Hulk Hogan's Gravest Challenge"), from then champion, Hulk Hogan. Hogan won the title back shortly thereafter, only to be stripped of the title due to the circumstances by which he won the match. Undertaker next won the title at Wrestlemania XIII from the Psycho Sid.

I think around 1994, when The Undertaker was put out of commission by either Giant Gonzalez or Yokozuna for a few months after a casket match, Ted diBiase came out with a fake Undertaker, who within months got whipped by the real Undertaker.

Brian Lee was brought in as the Undertaker by Ted Dibiase briefly. (He's friends with Mark, and happens to resemble him somewhat.)
Lee was known for stints in Smokey Mountain Wrestling, ECW, and also the WWF. (In the WWF, he was part of the Disciples Of The Apocalypse stable in the mid-to-late 90s.)
