go to start then settings then control panel then add/remove programs and remove it

Go to the control panel. Press start - settings - control panel - add/removed programs - then find yahoo messenger and uninstall.

click start on the task bar>
control panel>
Add or remove Programs>
Yahoo Messenger (its usually the second to last program on the list).
Just click 'uninstall' when you locate it and you are done.
