Good question....
but as you can see Iven't been there yet so I cant tell you for sure but I've heard that our souls remember everything and when we reach that spiritual level in after life the communications goes even deeper....to say the least we dont even require words to communicate our thoughts and feelings. so what we're communicating now through internet or in real life is nothing compared to that.
Now to answer your question I think probably 'yes'.If you remeber me and I remeber you and we both desire(desire is very important to souls) to meet each other then why not??? and I think not only we'll meet but if we turn out to be like minded souls (souls have mind of their own) we'll be great friends too.
