No - Despite the media frenzy of the last few years, and recent political obsession with the issue in the United States, terrorism is relatively minor problem. It is far down the list of things that are a scourge to humanity.
Consider that a child still dies of hunger once every eight minutes, that a third of humanity is currently at war, and that a fifth does not have access to safe drinking water, and you will see that terrorism, as far as humanity goes, is way down the list of issues to be solved before we can have a perfect world.
In fact, if these problems were solved, most terrorism would probably just disappear overnight.

we will never really be able to end terrosim. war and fighting has been going on since humans came into the world. when was humanity ever without war and fighting? it sucks but all we can do is just help keep it from getting worse.

For terrorism, there are reasons. It is impossible for us to rectify these reasons now as they have gone deep rooted into the minds of many. Earlier the terrorism was a result of continued denial of justice. But today what we see is the result of perverted religious teachings, racial and political interests.

But the world, in its natural way, is trying to clear terrorism. For that major share of the world population must end. The process is on. Some will blame America for it. Others will blame Islam for it. Yet others may say Israel is the reason. Whatever it is..... the process is on.

No.
Both are co related. In case, humanity is meant to be the opposite of terrorism, it will not be possible to realise what is humanity unless we find out the meaning of terrorism. Both must exist to realise the necessity of one or another among us at least to some extent. It will not be possible to know what is light, if we have no darkness any where in this world. As such, please do not expect to end terrorism in order to establish complete humanity
in this world. I think it has never been possible to end terrorism in the history of mankind and in future also it will not be totally vanished from us.

We can't but we can try one person at a time. As long as we continue to fight against terrorism and all it's evil siblings as hunger, greed, ignorance, etc, we are rebuilding humanity. As long as we can give our children a better vision of the future for them, and get them to believe it, and work for it in their lives, it will happen.
