As a guy want sex and have sexual desires. Is it normal for me to play with myself on a daily basis… it’s like a habit and every day—with or without my girlfriend. I can’t seem to help it. It’s like an urge that you have to relieve. Do I need medication to stop this urge? Or is it normal to feel this way?

no, its perfectly normal to explore your body, but u want to try and save urself for when u do have sex because its builds up sexual tention and makes sex more fun.

if you're in a sexual relationship with your girlfriend, i'd say playing with yourself doesn't seem right.no need for medication, just try to keep your mind and hands busy with other things
