For those who don't know, a two dollar shop is a bit like a dime store, or a current dollar store. So, it is a bit childish.

However, the ankh in question is a bit tricky. There's no record of who found it. However, a slight movement ahead is that one record shows it was found near Murgon, west of Gympie, in 1964. So, the Noosaville reference may actually be off. I think it's likely it was found a bit closer to the site of the gympie pyramids, if I'm not completely lost in all the tangled mess.

One thing to keep in mind? The piece is likely not in Australia, but in a British museum. At the time, Australia wasn't kind to the thought that there were egyptian artifacts, and the result was that many pieces apparently headed to British institutions for examination.

There is no English definition for the word antient.

Although I'm not familiar with the"$2 Shop", iIn the other question you referred to the two answers mention Noosaville, Australia which is a real place. It would appear they tried to answer your question

The discovery of the Ankh you mention was in Noosaville Australia and this source link is to a story about such Australian discoveries.
