im getting visit visa to work in dubai by my employer's is it safe for me to go on visit visa for work

Initially you can start working on visit visa that can be extended up to 90 days. Within this period your sponsor can arrange an employment visa for you.

Dubai is generally a safe place, but i guess it is always better to take precautions. Visit visa entitles you to stay in the country as a tourist, and not many companies offer jobs to candidates on visit visas, because many people have taken advangtage of the situation.
Because you are a female, i would recommend if you have friends who live currently in dubai to guide you once you reach there, and also make sure that your employer doesn't keep your passport, this point is crucial since without your passport you are helpless there.
As far as employment laws are concerned, if you do get employed with your current company there, you will have to work with them for a given amount of time.
And visa has to be renewed on an yearly basis, so no job translates to no visa!
Life is getting difficult there due to skyrocketing rents and all the "good works"!
So make sure the package is appealing enough for you to take the plunge.

I don't know about Dubai, but in Israel where I live now you cannot do that legally. You need a working visa or a student visa with work permission. As far as if it is safe, I heard that UAE is a safe place but I have never been there.

What are you planning to do? artwork as a maid over there? visit a chum? My finace's sister went to artwork as a housemaid for a kin in Dubai. She develop into mistreated alot. She ultimately ran remote from them. be careful.
