What passing-bells for these who die as cattle?
- Only the monstrous anger of the guns.
Only the stuttering rifles' rapid rattle
Can patter out their hasty orisons.

The fact that alliteration is the repeated beginning up sounds is right. the different that refers to assonance and "dissonance" isn't. Assonance is the repetition of vowel sounds and consonance is the repetition of consonant sounds. "Dissonance" pertains to music to not prosody. Alliteration is a particular case of consonance that occurs on the beginning up of each of various words in close proximity with one yet another. on your poem you have alliteration first in line 3 with the three words beginning up with "r" and the final 2 strains of verse 2 have 4 words beginning up with the "s" sound. There are others right here yet which could get you began.
