How Do I Change The DTMF Tones On A BT Hub Phone, (1010)?

Question

I'm looking to change the DTMF tone of a BT Hub Phone from a "short" tone to a "long" tone, so I can use it with a service called www.BlogTalkRadio.com to enter my PIN, (the service does not seem to be able to pick up DTMF when it's set to short), however I can find no way to change this, neither in the Hub/Phone settings, the manual, or online, however, I've been assured that it can be done somehow.

Any help would be appreciated.
