here is a trick for a few people - not a LARGE audience

take 21 cards - doesn't matter what suit or denominations

arrange them in 3 rows of 7

ask the person to select and card in their mind - and remember it

ask the person to point to the row which has the card
NOW - pick one of the other rows up - then the card row - then the remaining row

every time put the 'chosen row' in the sandwhich of the other two rows

deal the cards back out
r1 - r2 - r3
r1 - r2 - r3 etc until all 21 are arranged ( and rearranged)

if they point to row one - pick up row 2 - then one ,then three

see - when you have done this three times (may be able to get by with twice) it's been awhile

after the last pick up - deal the cards face down in a pile
deal out 10 - THEN turn the eleventh card over -

face up - it's their card!

best of luck - try it twice - it may work

This is an interesting yet very easy trick with one deck of card:

You have to do this trick standing. Take the cards, all face down in the deck, and spread them out. Ask any one from the audience to pick up one card. Gather the remaining card in a deck. Ask the person to see his card carefully as also share it with some one else without showing it to you. Holding the deck of cards ask the person to place the card on the top. Now take the deck behind you and flip the card (the one on the top) so that the colour face is on the front (now both sides of the deck will have cards with the colour face showing). Turn the deck so that the bottom card is on top while the selected card (colour face showing) is at the bottom. Bring the deck to the front and show it to the person. He will see the original card at the bottom colour face up. Ask him whether this was the choosen one (of course he will say, no)? But by that time you have already seen the card that he had selected. Bring the deck of cards behind you again. Take the selected card and shove it some where in the middle. Bring back the deck and ask the person to shuffle it thoroughly. Then look through the deck to select the particular card (you had already seen it). Practice it a number of times to make your movement swift and easy. This is really simple but enough to baffle others! Enjoy.
