Not much in my view. Valuable domains fall in two catagories.
1. short brandable names.
2. Generic name which can attract users based on ease of correlation due to real life phrases.
Check dnjournal.com & sitefirms.com for tips about what type of domains are considered premium.

Rate it best for a business deal, pfft, the domain name is probably worth more than 10p.
As for how much it's worth, the chances are not that much, unless a business wanted to buy it, as most webspace providers will give you a free domain name of your choice, this is also how the value is determined.
Check with eBay and see if you're allowed to sell domain names on there, if so, list it up and see if you get lucky.
