The longer I live I feel my life is like Jason and the Argonuts, there are Gods up there looking down and saying right what are we going to throw at her today. So far what ever the challenge I have managed to overcome it ,has it been difficult, too true, but my difficulties will seem very minor to someone else. On the other hand some people always come up smelling of roses. The answer is I don't know but if anyone out there does please let me know as well. Ta.

Neither. I believe that we are all the captains of our own ship, the directors of our own play. If we don't like where our life is at or heading, it's up to us to make some choices and change things.
Of course, there are a million things that could come to bear on our plans - good or bad - that we cannot forsee, but that doesn't negate the fact that life is what we make it.
Certainly, one could make "all the right moves" and still have their life go down the toilet, but what's the alternative? To do nothing and say,"what happens, happens?"
Na; I'll make some choices and see where they take me....

I believe that we all basically are the master of our destiny.
God, all God does provide us with the ability to be in control of your life and your own fate. It's all up to us....
No God wants us to sit still in our chair and wait for the blessing to fall down upon us. All God wants us to strive and work on our own destiny. We have to put some efforts to do so. We cannot just sit still waiting for God's hand reach us out. We are the one who have to work hard for our own destiny. Then He will do the rest......

I believe in free will. I believe the choices you make, or fail to make, determines what happens to you.
(*laughter*) It gives me a nice sense of control over my life, which is probably false. However, it gets me through the day, and helps me sleep at night.

Neither. God does not exist. Destiny is not logical. Well is a deep subject.

I believe in God's will and free will --- many times when bad things happen they are not God's will but our own doing

I believe it's Gods' will that we achieve our own destiny. For those who don't believe in God, who as a matter of fact, gives us our own free will, you don't know what you're missing.
