Wow - that's really something!
First of all, the pantyhose. I don't think that's sexy at all for men - if you have hair on your legs, then pantyhose looks just awful. And I don't particularly like the look of men who shave their legs. So for that one - big thumbs down.
For the tights - it all depends on how they're worn. A lot of men wear long underwear in the winter - and let's face it, there's nothing sexy about long underwear! If the guy had a great figure, then I think the tights could look good. But if they are worn, then please under something (long pants) - not on their own with a long shirt or sweatshirt (like some girls do). So for that one - thumbs up for a young, good-looking guy.
I applaud the guy(s) who try this - if they feel comfortable, and feel sexy - then we will most likely find them sexy, too!

Geee...so many uninformed people visit here! Tights / Pantyhose for men (real men) are so common they are unisex now. Many pantyhose manufacturers are making them for men now but if near 30% Lycra content women's fit perfectly any shape...male or female due to the stretch so "Men's" are not necessary.
Suggest you look at the "polls". You will find most (majority) of the women are fine with it so don't sweat it.
Suggest you look at this site and especially the benefits of wearing pantyhose. Most women are unaware of these benefits or they would wear them more. Top athletes wear them frequently to gain an edge over competition. Graduated Compression Pantyhose is the secret. (Search the web for this to see the benefits)!

On one hand, I think that gender specific clothing is going away, and anything can be worn by anybody. However, having said that, I think that there are fashion laws. I think if it doesn't look good on you, you shouldn't be wearing it. But if your strapping young lad had the body and the confidence to pull it off, then go for it.

- one day us men will be able to walk down the streets in tights!
if girls are upset over this why don't they start wearing tights more often
