im not a bully sometimes victoria suarez in my class always be mean to me and she puts her hands on my desk how do i get her to stop

This may be cheesy but a lot of the time if they don't think you're bugged by whatever it is then they stop because it's not that amusing to them with out it bothering you.
If they see that you are getting annoyed it's like fuel to a flame and salt on a wound.
If that doesn't work then just continue being as nice as you can. One day they may ask you why you're so nice to them. Maybe that's a question for them to post here.

Because you are unique or different. I have the same experience the same as you because they always tease me Gay and call my name but I am not gay. I'd ignore people who are mean to me and accept who they are. And when you ignored them they'll stop and get bored. If the person persisted tell the" what is wrong about me, do I have something different" and then say a negative thought about her that is true and ask her if it is wrong.

confront her in a nice way. this happens because they have a psychological inferiority and this is how they reverse it through defense mechanism. they tend to want to appear as they are the superior in the society but inside, they feel inferior. just tell her stop it.

obviously she's jealous of u. one thing u can do is to ignore her totally and eventually she would get tired n stop i hope :)
