I am just naturally drawn to avacado and cheese toasted sandwiches. Is my taste for avacado and cheese sandwiches an innate part of me being me?
Why can't people be happy for me that I like the taste of avacado and cheese toasted sandwiches?
Why do certain narrow-minded people want me to - expect me to - wish for me to - *pray* for me to like curried egg on toast?

You could try spending years in psychotherapy to explore your reasons for the rejection of the egg - Is it a disavowal of feminity or a racist denial of the curry?
Alternatively, you could join one of the burgeoning ex-avocado organisations (although I understand that one of their founders was recently caught frolicking in a vat of guacomole).

Yes, personally I never cared for curried egg either. But remember, it's not your personal preference that matters, but society's perception of your personal preference. The world couldn't care less what toast topping you enjoy, as long as you don't go ordering it at restaurants.

Avocado and cheese? I suppose it takes all sorts of toppings to complete the toast world.
those that love curried egg on toast to the exclusion of all others find it uncomfortable that you should prefer avocado on cheese.
I'm a freak and prefer mackerel and cheese on my toast!

Eat what you want - as long as you're not hurting anybody. (Except your mother - everything we do tends to hurt our mothers.)

And, although I will agree that avocado and cheese is TOTALLY BLAND, SAD, BORING, TASTELESS and quite frankly PATHETIC etc etc (I could go on, but YAWN YAWN YAWN!!!!!) I certainly find it amusing, fun and it adds a bit of spice to life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
