If you just call them and explain they will just ask you to send all bills to their fraud dept but keep copies and notes of all conversations with them including names. My husband and I ended up with 15 accounts in our names and others after hiring a van to move (they used our drivers license apparently) and all mobile companies were great about it bar orange who harassed us and threatened legal action for almost a year till I wrote to them registered mail providing all details copies of emails, letters, bills etc and said if they contacted me again I would sue them. Funnily enough haven't herad from them since..............

Write to the mobile phone company and tell them. Don't call. Detail what's been happening and ask for an explanation. Give them a time limit to sort themselves out (say 28 days) and ask for written confirmation that this will not happen again. Also return any bills you receive to a dedicated person at the company. Make it their responsibility, not yours.

First call the company to complain, if that does no good then report them to the State Attorney General's Office, if nothing there, then the FCC. You can also consider civil charges regarding the time lost dealing with this issue, emotional stress and so forth. Usually,if you are threatening the pocket book they will listen. Just went through this and had to get real nasty to get a stop put to it.

Call the monuments to inaptitude that is the phone company and tell them to stop bothering you or you'll sue them for harassment. (I'd normally advise that you try to explain that they've made a mistake and that you're not the person they're trying to bill but I find when one invokes the words lawsuit things get done much quicker.)

Freak out and ask random strangers on the internet for advice instead of dealing with the problem.
Or, be an adult and call the company up at their phone number on the bill.

Don't open the bill (because it is not addressed to you) mark it "Return to Sender" and pop it back in the letter box.
