I am a student of foreign country, but I have been learned my major for 2 year and half, as I entered the unversity so fast, I didn't know what I like most, so I chose a technology as my major, but I become more and more realize that I am not interested in this major, I decide to change a major of art, but here there is no chances for me to change another major execpt that I start from entrance exams to the college here, but I am a little tired of this situation in my country, and I am not used to this system of education any more. I want to apply a unversity in US and study the major I like.do I need to take the SAT test, I am not sure it is needed or not?
Can anybody help me? thanks.

Probably. Some of your college credit may apply, but often the classes are so different they don't apply. The actual situation is case by case, so when you decide which college you want to attend, go to their website and learn more.
