Why does yahoo say that using capslock is rude where was it written huh?

It means you're yelling.

In most internet communities when you write in all caps it means you are yelling. And yelling on the internet is considered rude.

probably is visually inappropriate when people see everything
in all caps tend to give the illusion of "screaming for attention",
or poor knowledge of how to write or communicate when using
Internet,at least that's my guess..
