Well i've got a rabbit at home and we just give him the run of the garden. It's really not possible to train even domestic rabbits to not dig up/eat certain plants. If they're your rabbits then I suggest you get a run for them. If not rabbits REALLY hate foxes so I suggest you invest in the prduct from the following site which is a powder made/smells of fox urine.

Buy a low height fencing to install around your garden edging. You can buy some nice brick, or wooden blocks that stand just a few inches high. High enough to discourage them jumping over it and onto your lovely lawn, but not to high for yourselves or others to pass over it, and it makes a lovely neat edging around the garden

If you can get hold of some wild garlic bulbs that should work. Plant them around the perimeter, the rabbits don't like the smell.

Rabbits hate the smell of marigolds. Plant marigolds around your parimeter and get rid of any rabbit holes inside the parimeter.

buy a lurcher or grey hound that will detur the little devils, but apart from shooting or snarring there is not much youcan do try a big fence but they can burrow.the last option is to enjoy them and make them your pets.
