If the Ayatollah and the President of Iran continue with the nuclear intentions and develop a nuclear weapon to use on Israel and the US, then yes the US will probably attack Iran.

I don't see how they can when they can't get enough recruits to keep up with Iraq. It would be incredibly stupid, not to mention very Hitler-esque, to invade another Middle Eastern country. That would prove to the world that America has imperialistic ambitions and needs to be checked. Americans really would have something to be afraid of if we invaded Iran.
