In America, you have to pay for Incoming Calls!!
THIS IS INSANE!!!!!! TWO PEOPLE PAYING FOR THE SAME SERVICE!!!!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH EVERYONE???!!!!!!
No other (normal) country does this!!!!!!!!!!!! Why???!!!!!!!!!!!

Your point makes sense if both callers are using the same Cell Phone network. But if callers are using different providers, why should your provider let you use thier network for free when you recieve an incoming call ? Of course the easist way around this, is to just sign up for a cell phone plan that does not charge for incoming calls.

It is done because the phone companys can get away with it. Doubt that congress will do anything as many of the members have stocks in the phone companys that are doing this. The only way to influence this or stop it through regulation is through the FCC.

I'm in Australia and we don't pay for incomming - sane eh?
